The Satzu Rural Guesthouse is located in the Ubila-Urberuaga neighbourhood, 3 km from Markina-Xemein. In a peaceful, quiet area surrounded by nature, it has various signposted mountain walks and is close to the coast (15 km). 72 km from Vitoria-Gasteiz, 62 from San Sebastián and 50 from Bilbao, it is a good base from which to discover the Basque Country.
These 16th-century farmhouse, has been restored maintainly the original structure but with a touch of design. It is a two-storey building with an atic and an open-plan space covering 80 square metres with a fireplace, kitchen and bathrooms.

The Satzu Rural Guesthouse is at Markina-Xemein. Markina can be reached by the BI-633 that connects Durango with Ondarroa or the BI-2636 passed through the port of San Miguel and Etxebarria arriving from Elgoibar and Deva River Valley.
Motorway access and train services can be found in Durango, Eibar and Elgoibar.
Satzu Landetxea Urberuaga auzunean dago (Markina-Xemein); hemen, ur meatze-sendagarrien iturburua kokaturik dago; XX mendearen hasieran, ur hauek bainuetxe ospetsu baten ustiapenerako erabiliak izan ziren. Markina-Xemeingo ingurune eta monumentu-ondarearen garrantzia, herria bisitatzeko eta landetxean gaua pasatzeko aukera paregabea bihurtzen da.
700 eta 900 metro duten mendiez inguratuta, eta Oiz mendiaren (1.036m) azpian kokatuta. Honako gailur hauek nabarmendu daitezke: Kalamua (767m), Urko (791), Urregarai (697) eta Zappla (551m).
